I confess I've been slow to write any public praise of Chelsea and her street team because I selfishly would love to keep them as my own little secret! :) You'll know the feeling once you try her services. I've used two types of her promotions and been amazed by both experiences!
She did an absolutely marvelous Facebook Release Party for me. I told her before hand that I didn't have a clue how to do one, and she said that was okay because she did! That couldn't have been more accurate. It was painless for me, well attended, and came off without a glitch. She has so much enthusiasm that it's catching, and I haven't run into a more professional promoter. She's prompt and thorough, delivering exactly what she promised--or more.
And her street team was the most fantastic group at getting the word out about my books and spreading my name throughout social media. My followers and likes increased by hundreds thanks to them!

I wasn't sure what to expect when I contacted Chelsea about hosting a Facebook party for me. I've only had lukewarm success with promotion companies in the past, and that's just getting them to respond to my emails. But I'd wanted to throw a virtual launch party for one of my books since I released the first one, and I just didn't know how to go about it on my own.
Chelsea was fantastic! She was responsive from the start, and all the way through the process. I'm not a marketing genius. In fact, my eyes glaze over when I stare at a book's publication date and know that I need to do something. When the second book in my Ashland Pride series was nearing publication, it was suggested to me that having a Facebook Release Day Party was a great way to connect with fans and promote the book over the course of a 4, 5, or 6 hour party. I had seen the parties on Facebook and been invited to many, but I had no idea how they actually worked. When I contacted Chelsea at Chelsea's Author Promotions, I was really nervous about whether the party would be successful and the investment of time and money worth it. Chelsea immediately put me at ease with her sweet, friendly manner and her willingness to work with me to make the party amazing. Chelsea handled everything, from reading an ARC of the book to picking out the games and setting up the party. During the four-hour party, I sat back and read the comments, laughing along with the fans as they played the fun games. The Q&A at the end of the party was especially enjoyable for me and allowed me to really connect with my fans and learn what they enjoyed about the book and characters. Chelsea handled all of the winners and provided me with a spreadsheet containing email and physical addresses of winners organized to make it easy for me to get the prizes to my fans. My books' publication days in the past have been harried as I tried to handle promotional things on my own. Hiring Chelsea not only allowed me to do something unique with my fans, but also took the weight off my shoulders and helped me relax and enjoy the special day. I highly recommend Chelsea and her company, Chelsea's Author Promotions, for any authors that are looking for ways to connect with their fans and promote their books.
